Biere du Nord is our Biere de Mars, brewed to celebrate spring of the new year. This Amber Missouri Saison was brewed in December of 2023 and aged until September of 2024. Bottled in October after a final blend of this Puncheon Fermented Saison was reached, we allowed it to condition in the bottle until it was ready to share with you!
